Drawing of the slavers of the coast of Africa inspecting newly enslaved Africans brought to the coast. Represents a transaction between local African slave traders with European slave traders. A European slave trader holds a whip over his head, ready to fall on the backs of a line of slaves, while a slave ship sits just off shore.
